Gaurav Mohanty, MBA
With 18 years of experience in leading financial services companies in India, Gaurav founded Powerup2.0 in 2018, offering solar solutions to individuals and corporations from a small out-house near Mausima Temple in Bhubaneswar.
Apart from work , Gaurav is an avid cricketer, actively participating in local tournaments across Odisha. His standout achievement includes scoring a winning century in an inter-college MBA tournament.

Joint Managing Director
Swaroop Chowdhury, MBA
With over 20 years of experience in ICICI and HDFC Group, Swaroop partnered with Gaurav to Co-Found Powerup2 Cleantech Private, expanding from the previous proprietorship firm, Powerup2.0.
In addition his work in solar energy, Swaroop is a national marathon runner, having completed more than 20 half and full marathons both in India and internationally.

Jiten Panda
Jiten, as the CTO at Power Up 2.0, brings 17+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, having built and managed live-streaming data centers at scale. At YuppTV, he led 24/7 operations, network security, and high-availability systems powering over 200 live-streaming channels.
At Power Up 2.0, Jiten drives tech strategy and product development—leading innovation in smart solar hardware, hybrid inverters, and IoT-powered energy systems. A problem-solver by nature, he’s passionate about building scalable, efficient, and future-ready technology for clean energy.
He believes, “Clean tech isn’t just the future—it’s the smartest problem we can solve today.”

Amarjeet brings 20+ years of experience in the field of Corporate Banking, SBI Group, specialized in financial and business analysis with a passion for teaching to budding accounts and finance professionals. He drives business strategies and operational efficiencies to achieve optimum result.

Nihar carry 8+ years of experience in the solar industry and trained in projects involving solar photovoltaic plant designing, commissioning and operations. At Power Up 2.0, he drives the project implementation and execution based on technical feasibility.
